How to Book a Treatment
For an initial consultation or to make an appointment please contact one of our therapists directly:
The Craniosacral rhythm is considered and expression of the basic ordering principle of mind and body, reflecting the ‘vital force’ or life energy throughout the body.
It is the intention to facilitate, by gentle hands on work, the release of resistance and restrictions in the body which impede this ordering principle. Patient may feel a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation as the restrictions within the Craniosacral System release and vitality becomes available.
Craniosacral therapy is so gentle that it is suitable for babies, children, and the elderly, as well as adults and people in fragile or acutely painful conditions. Treatment can aid almost any condition, raising vitality and improving the body’s capacity for self-repair.
