How to Book a Treatment
For an initial consultation or to make an appointment please contact one of our therapists directly:
They may be feeling anxious, tense, confused. They may be feeling dissatisfied with the quality of their relationships or puzzled by their reactions to events or people. They may be struggling to cope with a recent life crisis such as an accident, bereavement or divorce, a stressful situation at work, or a health problem that could benefit from counselling. They may simply be feeling that something’s not ‘quite right’.
Counselling is often called ‘Talking Therapy’ because the benefit gained comes from the talking that takes place between you and your counsellor.
Sharing your concerns can often help you clarify the problem yourself. This may sound simple but very often, when we are having difficulties and our thoughts whirl around in ever decreasing circles, then explaining it all to someone who does not know any of the people involved can be extremely helpful.
You may find yourself expanding your thinking again bringing a greater insight and awareness of your problem.
