I am a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner and a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Many years of stomping around on the earth and feeling the soil between my toes has given me a long-standing love for feet, as well as respect for the important job they do carrying us on the immensely challenging and exciting journeys of our lives. I have a love for sharing our experiences and supporting people in creating happy and healthy lifestyles for themselves.
Having come across various traditions and their healing arts through my travels and experiences, I’ve found feet were a consistent source of healing for the whole body. I have a particular passion for Chinese medicine and its philosophy which influences my practice.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can promote healing of the whole person in body, mind and spirit. Reiki energy is directed by placing the hands in various positions on the feet, creating a feeling of inner peace and tranquility. As I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner, I can
use Reiki during your Reflexology treatments, or separately if you choose.
Your treatment
During your treatment we work in partnership, helping you to learn about yourself and your body. This allows you to develop the knowledge and understanding you need to maintain your health and wellbeing. As part of your treatment we will also discuss aftercare, using yoga, nutrition and tai chi, as well as breathing and mind techniques to help you take control of your body and heal yourself. Together we will look at your past and current health, and identify a treatment plan, which suits your needs, whether it’s a one- off treatment or a series of regular sessions.

Initial consultation & first treatment – (Approx 90 minutes) £45
Regular/one off treatments – (Approx one hour) – £35
